Our name "Saules Vārti" represents the meaning of the motel in the town of Cesis. This is a place where always dominates a sunny, warm and homey atmosphere (Saules=of the sun) as well as the gate (vārti=gate) to the cosy and the most Latvian town Cesis.

Near the motel we have a placed ice-run, a seesaw and a playground for your lovely kids.
